First of all I have to say I am not fond of using the rate for my travel, and I consider myself a person complies with the rules established, but slow down in 10km / h to save "up to 5%" seems to me that our politicians (all) lack the imagination to tackle the real problems of our economy, not to say that suffer the most elementary common sense.

System will continue operating but with a much lower cost to citizens. Also could reduce to 110 the total number of advisers of the Government, because in making this decision, not take that many.
